How do I book you for my wedding or event?
Use the form located on the Contact page to submit your contact information and event date. I will e-mail you to confirm availability and set up a time to discuss any further questions you may have. All bookings require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
How much do you charge for weddings & other events?
Pricing is dependent upon the location of your venue and any additional playing time such as Cocktail hour, etc.
Do you play for outdoor weddings and events?
Absolutely, but only if the weather cooperates. The instrument is very sensitive to weather and cannot be subjected to rain, drizzle, extreme heat or cold. Also, the harp can only be played on flat, level surfaces.
Do you attend the wedding rehearsals?
Attending a wedding rehearsal would require an additional fee for travel time, set up, etc. I generally do not attend rehearsals unless requested and confirmed in your contract. Leading up to your wedding day we will discuss song selections, answer any questions or concerns you may have and finalize all details surrounding your special day. I arrive and set up 45 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your ceremony.
Will the harp be loud enough for my event?
Surprisingly, yes! The sound of the harp resonates beautifully and will carry throughout most indoor and outdoor venues. For larger venues and events, I provide amplification at no additional cost.
Do you accept song requests?
Yes, I do. When a song request is submitted, I will review the song to see if it translates well on the harp. I play a wide variety of genres and can fulfill most song requests. All song requests must be submitted eight weeks prior to your wedding date.
